Refund policy

Our parts are sold without warranty, exchange or return.
Most of what we sell — amplifier boards, spares, speakers and components — is
intended for use by technicians. Please buy with the help of a technician if
you are not one. Once an order has been dispatched, we do not accept returns,
exchanges or refunds, and there is no warranty or guarantee on any product.

Before you pay, you can cancel at no cost.
Nothing is charged when you place an order on our website. After you order, we
contact you on WhatsApp to confirm stock, the total and payment. You can cancel
at any point before you pay, and nothing is owed.

If we cannot supply your order.
If an item turns out to be out of stock after you order, we will tell you on
WhatsApp. If you have already paid for it, we refund that amount in full to
your original payment method within 7 working days.
